General Information

To ensure you receive your preferred availability, we advise all clients and guests to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Open toed footwear is advised after a pedicure to prevent smudging and to prolong the finished effects of your pedicure.

When scheduling an eyelash tint, a skin test is required at least 24 hours prior to an appointment.

Tuesday 9am to 5pm
Wednesday 9.30am to 7pm
Thursday 9am to 4pm
Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Saturday 9am to 4pm (twice monthly)
Sunday- Closed
Parking
On street parking available outside the front of the house and access to the treatment room is via the gate in the driveway.
Arrival Times
Please adhere to arrival and treatments times. Late arrival may result in your treatment not being honoured or the offer of an alternative treatment. Please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment to give yourself the opportunity to relax and complete a consultation card, if necessary.
Purchasing Products
The Cambourne Retreat offer Thalgo products to purchase. Please enquire with Lisa who will advise you on which products would be perfect for your skin.

Gift Vouchers
Vouchers can be purchased via our online shop and are valid for 12 months. These can either be personalised to create the perfect gift, or to a monetary value.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things happen and life gets busy. However, in a case of a short notice cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) you will be charged 100% of your service price.

NO SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. We kindly ask for you to let us know if you cannot make it 48 hours before your appointment so we can make the slot available to other clients. You will be charged 100% of the service price and will not be able to book further appointments without paying this charge.

LATE ARRIVALS
Kindly note that all appointments are booked for a specific amount of time. If you happen to be running 10-15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service and be offered a shorter service time but you may still be charged for the original booking time. If we cannot offer you the treatment due to time then a 50% charge will be taken and we can re schedule your appointment.
